All the bronze badges are really easy to get! Even the gold badge for gardener was really easy~
Hardest one is probably the bug/fish or KK Slider gold badges

The easiest for me is the letter-writing badges because I mail at least six letters a day. I won't get the turnip badge because I don't buy them. (I'm just not interested.) The hardest will be for Streetpass. That's something I just started doing and I'm lucky if I Streetpass more than three people a day. LOL
The ''Shopper'' gold badge is very easy to get once the T&T Emporium has been unlocked. You just need to buy around 20 items from GG and you'll be done! 
The ''Gardener'' gold badge is also very easy to get.
The most annoying badge I've found is the ''Bell Saver'' gold badge. It's not hard if you have two systems and two copies of the game but it still takes a long time.
The ''Medalist'' gold badge is disgusting. I don't think I'll ever go for that badge given how hard it is to get medals. Since I don't live in Japan the ''Streetpass'' medals (bronze, silver and gold) are also a no-go zone for me.
I found the ''Insects'' gold badge was a fun one. There are lots of insects in the game and thus a lot of variety in gameplay while getting the badge. Very rewarding!

The Tycoon Bell Saver badge was actually my first golden badge I got in my current town, but that's only because I had 100 million before I made my current town.

The most difficult is the K.K. Slider badge if you don't TT. I takes 2 years to get IF you never miss a Saturday.
The most easy is the Master player badge (play for 500+ hours) or the letter bade (send out 100 letters to villagers)
I say those two are the easiest because it doesn't take much time to write a simple letter and the packs are really cheap (you only need to buy 25 for this badge). I also say the master player is easy because if your a hardcore fan, time just slips away from you and you end up playing that much in maybe a month anyway.

You can have KK play more than one song in one night, so you can get that badge in 20 weeks. However, you can only get one soundtrack a week.
For me, the easiest badge to earn was the Gardening Artisan badge, since I replanted every tree in the early days of my town.
Hardest badge will be the Weeds Sniper badge - I have the beautiful town ordinance so weeds don't grow very often. :X

I always find the fishing and bug catching bronze badges to be the easiest to earn, but that's because I do those all the time.
In my opinion, the gold island medal badge is the hardest to earn. I've never had a town long enough to earn it, but it seems like an extreme challenge ; o ;

For me the easiest was the ones for playing for x amount of hours, just because of the amount of times I've fallen asleep with the game on

The house badge is the easiest to get.
Annoying but easy are the dream suite and K.K. Slider. You can get your badge in two weeks for K.K. Slider. It's listening to the songs over and over that drove me crazy. If you fill your pockets full of bells he's not able to give you a song. Do this and listen to 20 songs and his picture will arrive.
Dream suite is a good one to do while watching TV. Pick random and left as soon as you arrive.
The hardest one was the fish amount caught badge. It takes along time to catch 5,000 fish. I usually hit the A button when I get tired.
The medal tour badge was hard for the mayor. That's when I wasn't very good. But Player 3 is finding it very easy since I got better at them. Just play the days where the tours have high medals and win 200. She very close to the gold now.
The streetpass would be easy if I lived in a very busy city or cheated.
I messed up when the game was released. My side town was taking all the streetpass because I opened it first. So I lost the tags.

STREET PASS...OMG...WHY?! I get 4-6 PER DAY and I just barely got silver! I will never get gold!

I think easy one was doing villagers' favor?? Since I don't turn them down unless it's fish/bug one.. Also gardening one & HHA interior one.. Recently got the gold K. K. Slider one too, and wasn't so hard.. When I was on Saturday in my town, I was just watching my tv shows & doing other stuff, and I just had my DS on and kept requesting songs at the club lol
