The sea creature encyclopedia and gardening badges are pretty easy for me, but the steetpass and stalk market badges are much trickier for me.

Easiest: Gardening Badge
Toughest: Streetpass (Depending on where you live) or 100 million bells (I had to use this forum for help on that one)
Most of them just take a lot of time but aren't really that tough to do.

I think the streetpass badge is the toughest one to get, because there are not a lot of people playing it. I get streetpasses for my Pokemon games but rarely for Animal Crossing. I would like to have the bronze badge at least, but I?m far away from that. The other badges are easier because you just have to play the game for a long time, so at least bronze is possible for the other badges.
