so i have sent over 90 letter today to my villagers ( and i already had this bronze badge )
but ''that badge guy'' ( can't remember his name now ) isn't in my town
and i listened for 2 hours to K.K. songs ( according to http://animalcrossing.wikia.com/wiki/Badge ) you can request a song and it counts as one each

and one song ( with the requesting and all ) is about 3 minutes long.
so that would mean 3 times 20 = 1 hour so 40 song per 2 hours.
and still that guy who gives you the badges ( really should remember his name ) isn't in my town.

how is this even possible ?
why isn't he in my town giving me badges ?

100 letter is a silver badge and as for the k.k songs its songs listened to not hours, though if you have been listening to them I'm not sure! Sometimes it takes a few days for him to show up! c=

and i indeed listened to KK songs for 2 hours.

but ok, i'll give it a couple of days.

( don't really get why he doesn't show up at the very moment you ''achieved'' a badge... but oh, well

Ahhh, he (Phineas) appears randomly!
I once had him appear 3 days in a row, but sometimes he didn't appear until a week or 2 later!
So yea, it's mostly by luck I suppose! ^^

He only comes when it's sunny, if that helps
