Badge Discussion - How Many Badges Do You Have?

How do people feel about badges? I personally like them, because I love collecting achievements and stuff.

These are the badges I currently have:
Bug Catching: Bronze
Fish Catching: Bronze
Seafood Catching: Bronze
Bug Encyclopedia: Silver
Fish Encyclopedia: Silver
Seafood Encyclopedia: bronze
Balloon Catching: Silver
Medals: Bronze
Gardening: Bronze
Weed Pulling: Bronze
Bell Saving: Gold
Turnip Trading: Gold
Shopping: Silver
Refurbishing: Bronze (I'm 2 items away from Silver though)
Catalogging: Gold (just got the gold yesterday!)
HHA: Gold
K.K. Slider: Gold
Helping Others: Silver
Letter Writing: Gold
Visiting: Bronze
Hosting: Silver
Dreaming: Bronze
Villager of Honor: Gold

I don't catch things very much anymore, in fact, the last insect I caught was in December and my last fish was before then. I should get my gardening badges after I sort out my town and lay out paths, plant bushes, etc.

I love seeing Phineas as well! I thought he was okay in City Folk, but I love him in New Leaf What happens to him if you collect all of the gold badges? Does he just never ever come back?

EDIT: I just got the golden deep sea encyclopedia but OMG game why won't you give me the golden catalog badge?! I've been working on it since forever! Just... why game, why!

Gold: Master Turnip Trader, Town Concierge.

Silver: Insect Encyclopedia, Fish Encyclopedia, Balloon Buster, Village Gardener, Wealthy Bell Saver, Happy Home Silver, Letter Author, Village Leader.

Bronze: Skilled Bug Catcher, Skilled Angler, Seafood Maniac, Bronze Medalist, Good Shopper, Catalog Maniac Bronze, Good Hostess.

I also have quite a few gaps with no badges. I definitely need to start working on my badges more, I love to get achievements from games so I'll try to aim for gold in every badge one day (probably will never happen).

Eh, as long as people still have it in their StreetPass data it shouldn't be a problem. It can hold up to 12 games, I doubt people have that many games they want to StreetPass with.

Especially when it's really small stuff like with Pokemon Link Battle.

Nor will I! I hate the streetpass badge with a passion. I took the ds to a nintendo hot zone every week to try to get it. I'm not even close to the bronze
