Avatar Help?

I recently made an avatar shop in the museum and I realized I couldnt seem to make my avatars transparent around the circle. They show up like this!

I want the avatars to show up as just the circle without the white around it! Help please =)

It needs to be the exact dimensions to have transparency. (100x100 is the base avatar size.)
If you are sizing them for the extension and want it to have transparency, the same applies.
