Avatar animation not working?

I have the avatar animation collectible or whatever you wanna call it, I tried several different animated images, but none of them seem to be animated when I put them. I have the width extension too, but that works. halp?

Make sure you upload your image at size. If the forum needs to re-size it for you, then the animation will be lost in the process.

to add onto what justin said, make sure the image is exactly or below 100x100 pixels. if you bought the extension, then the width is 150
