It isn't anywhere to be found unfortunately. 
Many items from previous installments' furniture are not in this game. Honestly it's still a little disappointing to me, though I suppose I just pretend that my deluxe washer is a dryer now.

Ya it bad it not in game. I Had to use a drying rack next to my automatic washer and my basement deluxe washerIt isn't anywhere to be found unfortunately.
