Audacity Stereo Mix Option

My friend has recieved his laptop from being fixed and has noticed that his stereo mix option has disappeared from his volume control/recording devices.

Do any of you know how to get it back? He and I would really appreciate the help.

EDIT: It's for Windows Vista.

Shame I managed to find 3 solutions for the problem when I had it by simply typing it into google.
