downloadable content - things that nintendo put in the game to add on to what is currently in the game. different countries get different DLC that other countries don't get. :/

there are different DLC items for different countries... all i know of is the red pikmin hat that has been released in japan, was released a few days ago in the UK, and is going to be released in australia before being released in america... i also heard a while back about some ice cream freezers or something. then there's this "top" thing being auctioned in this thread...
