I'm curious about what you think are some neat attractions in the areas that you live in :) or in areas that you've been to in the past.

These are some of my favorites in St. Louis, MO:

City Museum
It's basically a giant sculptural playground. There's even stuff on the roof. It's kind of pricy, but sooo worth it.

St. Louis Zoo
Probably one of the best things about the zoo is that it's free to get in. Some of the stuff within the zoo requires payment (like for petting stingrays or tickets for the little train they have) but otherwise it's free. It's usually a lot of fun

What are some of your favorites?

I live relativity close to Six Flags: Great Adventure so that's a plus, right?

My room is all I need. But for real I live right by the beach so it's cool. A few hours away from all the theme parks in Florida too. It's nice. :)

That musuem looks so fun! And the closest things to me is Busch Gardens and Adventure Island and Disney World and Universal and Islands of Adventure.

I can't think of anything actually fun to do in my own city though :c

I live in Vegas, so most people know a good deal about the types of attractions here.

This is the Adventuredome.

The Stratosphere. You can also bungee jump and even sky dive off of it.

And then the coolest freaking roller coaster in this city.

The Mandalay Bay Shark Reef

Alright, all this linking an spoilering has gotten a bit tedious. There's also a place here called the Springs Nature Preserve, where all of this wildlife comes and goes freely, and it is also home to a bunch of different desert plant life. But yeah, I suppose this city has more to do than I give it credit for haha.

I got Chicago Ridge Mall and Navy Pier.

EDIT: There's also that Picasso horse thing, the Lincon Park Zoo and cute Puerto Rican boy.(I ran out of attractions) Plus it's really windy here, if that counts.

Mountains. Trees. Lots of rain.

People come here during autumn to see the trees, that's really all I can think of as far as attractions go.

Let's see... There's a couple:

-Grand Canyon
-Grand Canyon
-Grand Canyon
-I guess AZ Snowbowl is a pretty popular attraction around New Years, but who would want to go skiing/snowboarding in Arizona anyway?
-Grand Canyon

Erm, I live near the Worlds longest 'Pleasure pier'. Except it befalls so many accidents, and half of the 'pleasure' part burnt down (and I don't think they ever got round to rebuilding it), so I don't think anyone living here considers it an attraction anymore. xP It's more, 'The biggest boardwalk that doesn't serve an industrial purpose' now.

And virtually round the corner to me is a fallen down castle.

Tada! I figured I'd find a pictures with a rainbows in them so where I live doesn't look utterly boring. 8D

Other than that, London isn't too far away with it's billion bridges.

EDIT: Hello picture I decided not to use, how are you still here!?

I live too far away from attractions in south Florida, and too far away from the attractions up north, like Orlando. The closest attraction would probably be the Sunrise Theater in Fort Pierce, or anything in Downtown West Palm beach.

Six Flags Over Texas (the first Six Flags with the world's steepest drop on a wooden roller coaster), The Rangers Stadium, and the new Cowboys Stadium, all of which are about five minutes from my house. Also, if you would consider the Parks Mall an attraction, then we have that, too. Also, the JFK Museum, The Holocaust Museum, and a few others reside in Dallas and Fort Worth.

Five minutes away from Six Flags Fiesta Texas :)

And I'm also pretty close to The Alamo...it's not Six Flags, but it's still pretty neat!

there is nothing more sad than really wanting to contribute to this thread and then realizing plymouth doesnt really have anything that cool. altho there is some pretty weird architecture here and there.

Riverland Rose Festival, The Murray River, Bowland (just your average bowling alley with lazer tag), Riverland Field Days etc. There is more stuff but I forgot so yeah.
