Hey eveyone. I've been thinking about getting Rock Band 2, but I have some questions first.
#1: Does the Wii version have DLC songs and Online play?
#2: More generally, is there much difference between Rock Band 2 for Wii, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, etc.?
Thanks everyone :D

360 and PS3 have better quality.

Yes, there is a difference.
The 360/ps3 get DLC long before the wii does. Also it may get songs not on the wii

360 and PS3 have better quality.
But do they all have the same features? Is there different DLC for different systems? Or is quality the only difference?

As far as I know, the 360 and PS3 versions are the most superior because you get the opportunity to transfer your Rock Band songs into Rock Band 2, and you get more DLC than on the Wii because Rock Band Wii was released much later, and therefore not having as many DLC as Rock Band 360 and PS3. You also get the Rock Band Network, where Indie bands make their own songs and send them in to Harmonix, and the professionals at Harmonix chart the song for you. Plus, since those custom tracks will be for sale, I think the Indie bands get 30 or 40% of the profit made by their song/songs.

Could anyone give me a link to a list of DLC for Xbox 360 compared to Wii? Or is that not possible to find?

Another question: Would my Guitar Hero World Tour guitar and microphone work with Rock Band 2 for Wii?

Alright, I found out GH instruments work with Rock Band 2. My only problem now is...
Xbox has better quality, more DLC, but costs more and takes up more space.
Wii has worse quality and less DLC, but it costs much less, takes up less space *I only need drums* and I already have the AC/DC expansion for Wii. I'm leaning toward Wii...
