Ask about present. Cancer table instead of Clerk's Shirt?

So I went to Pelly at the post office today because I realized I hadn't done that yet and the month was almost over. Instead of getting the Clerk's Shirt like Animail Crossing Wiki Downloadable content says my region should get I got a Cancer Table. Which is supposed to be Japanese only. Has something changed?

Right now it is the cancer period (June 21-July 21) so I can see why you get a cancer table

i heaaaard that it's reorderable, so you could catalog it (i am not certain, though).
if you have a clear void, then i can order it for you or you can pick it up/put it down so you can order it.
i need to specify 'clear void' because i am very paranoid about random move ins right now @__@

edit : i'm on the island, or else i'd check to see if i could order it.

It's been UK/EU DLC since about February too (starting with Aquarius).
And stuff that clerks shirt, it's Astrology time!! About time they started releasing this awesome set in NA too!

Actually, That set was only Japan exclusive for a few months, Then it came to Europe, and now it seems the NA lot are getting it, happy days,

Nothing is wrong, Nintendo has decided to release astrology set to NA. As for the clerk's shirt, I have it in my catalog if you need it.

Speaking of which I should go pick one up the next time I visit the ABD.
