And I actually had more than that. I just have given a few to others. I think I've gotten like ten. I also just bought a second copy a few weeks ago and I think found like 2 or 3 on that one. But that's for cycling so I get a lot of weeds.

Well from what the wiki page says, there's a 1/40 chance of finding one. So if you pull 40 of them you should get one. XD
Just make sure you don't have the beautiful town ordinance active and you should get tons of clovers.

I have it too on my main town. To prevent weeds. But I hate it at the same time because tons of ugly flowers grow everywhere. D:
