How do I do that? ...Ok, let's see, lurkers are allowed but won't be given extra time, instead getting a VM (voice mail?) or a PM when the villager they're lurking for is in boxes (also no lurking for villagers not in your town because it's confusing.). Vouchers are given as giveaway prizes and random posters, we're not allowed to sell any villager we get from your cycle town because you give them at cheap/low prices and if we can't afford the villager then we'll figure something out through pm's.

Is that good enough or do I need to do something else? Also, if there's 5 or more lurkers you'll auction the villager and payment comes first but refundable should the villager fail to arrive.
