I used to hate them, now I don't mind them. When I was about 5 yrs. old I had to get booster shots before I started school. When the nurse stuck the needle in my shoulder it hurt and I cried. The nurse said "It doesn't hurt that much." Then she pulled the needle out and it was bent. Then she said " Oh, I guess it did hurt." B***h. After that I hated needles for years. Then I got a new doctor. His nurses know how to use a needle. They just barely stick the tip into the skin. You can hardly feel it.

I don't mind, I just can't watch other wise I'd feel kind of queezy. I used to be so scared of needles and hated them...

Sometimes I like needles, and sometimes I don't. I don't like them when I have to get multiple at one sitting. But I like them also, because the next day or so, a bruise forms, and I get to look at it (I love the colors) and poke it. Don't judge me.

I don't mind injections, i mean I don't really want them. But they are ok

How about you?

I'm with you - I don't hate them, nor am I afraid of them, but I don't want to get them :> I am ok with shots, but I really dislike having my blood drawn and I REALLY hate IVs...!

I just remembered I tried to give blood one time to feel like a good person/citizen and she wouldn't let me. I tried to be tough and she just looked at my face and was like "nah, get off the bus."

I don't find them fun, but I'm not afraid of them. It hurts for a second and then it's done.

Oh, but getting blood drawn is a different story. Ugh. >.<

I don't mind needles at all. I suppose there is one big enough that would scare me but anytime I've had a shot/blood drawn they have been little.

I have very tiny veins, which has lead to me developing a bit of a needle phobia. Bloodwork almost always means getting jabbed multiple times while they fish around for veins. The last time I went in to get some testing done, I got stabbed 3 times and even once they finally did hit a vein, they were only able to get half a vial of blood out of me. I was lucky that it was enough to run the tests at all. :/

I'm usually okay for the first couple of attempts, but by 3 or 4 my body starts to go into shock or panic. It's fun times!

I'm 26 now so I just deal with it, but as a kid it was nightmareish.

I hate hate hate hate and am really afraid of everything that is sharp penetrating into skin. I don't like them being pointed at me or being inserted into any part of anybodys body parts.

Nah. I've gotten used to them. I have to inject myself with some medicine everyday because my natural growth hormones are kinda messed up. An adult thought I was a thirteen year old when I'm actually eighteen.

How tall are you?
