due to TT'ing recently, i have ended up in march, on shamrock day lol.

im wondering if the majority of players play by the real date, day by day, or do you like to skip out some seasons or fast forward??

and also when you go forward in time, can you go back without erasing the changes?? (i.e could i go from january to march then back to january and still have sam villagers, items etc

I used to TT, but as part of the 1yr challenge you can't TT. If I wasn't doing the challenge, I'd get my town done then TT to Spring/Summer, haha. And April Fool's day

I'm at the current date right now. I do TT, but usually just to move villagers out, not to do events and not to skip seasons.

i did to move villagers around etc lol now im wondering if im the only one! i do prefer summer to winter though!

I used to TT, but now that I have nearly all of my dreamies, what's the point? I WOULD like to TT out someone to get Pietro, but if anyone but Savannah leaves, I'm gonna be pissed :P

I TT all the time, but just to speed things up, like deliveries, PWPs, greenery growth, store stock, etc. I like to stay in the same season and around the same date as real time though, so I always just TT around the real day and go back and forth from it.

I play by the real date and TT only if I miss something (like K.K. Slider). It's too much work to keep track of dates.

If you TT forward from January to March it'll count as 3 months and you'll end up losing villagers if you don't talk to them. But if you TT backward from March to January, it'll only count as 1 day. I don't think you'll lose anyone.

I usually TT small amounts just to get villagers to move out or if I plant a lot of trees and bushes and want them to grow faster. As much as I can't wait for the greenery to come back, I don't mind the snow or the auroras. I always play around the current date.

I don't TT at all. Back in 2002 my friend and I used to TT a lot in the GCN version, but it ruined the game for us xD So I've been going day by day ACNL. The villagers move out fast enough, so I don't mind. I find it a lot more fun this way, and I think one of my villagers loves me. She sent me a random letter today.

I try not to TT, but I TT from one hour to the next last night so I could upgrade my house.

But other than that, I don't like to.

I'd rather stay at real time, no TTing at all. I feel like I'm cheating my villagers if I do. I have only seen winter but I really want to see Spring/Summer.

i already time travelled to may. :D sometimes i ordered furniture i just didn't want to wait for a whole day, then i wanted to see a certain event, then i wanted to celebrate my birthday with my villagers and suddenly it's may 21st :D

I reset my town about a week ago, where the town is supposedly made in October. I am currently in October still, and have been time traveling day by day just to catch up to today's date. I want to make sure I didn't lose my chances in completing certain parts of my catalog/list/etc once I start playing by real time.

time traveling doesn't appeal to me at all so yeah, i'm in the current time. never tried tt'ing, probably never will.

I am in March. I TT like crazy, no shame. But I usually jump back to the current date at some point since it only costs a day.

Currently I'm about a week behind the actual date, but soon I plan to TT to whenever Cherry Blossoms are around c:

I'm in like May of 2015  Would have been a lot further but whenever I get to around August I TT back to Spring.
