I found it on nightmaresuite @ tumblr! Not sure of the exact search terms I used, but "list of dream codes" was already in its site description.
I want to make a creepy house at some point and was looking for a comprehensive list for inspiration. Ended up checking out towns on the spreadsheet instead.

I know about this but I'm not a fan as it doesn't tell you anything about the town in advance. Seeing a brief description is better for those who only want to visit one or two towns instead of the whole list.
I'll use this when dreaming!

It's 7 days after you get 100% approval rating and have made a public works project...
I started my town on the 13th but it was late at night so didn't play until the 14th...
I got 100% technically on the 14th and filled for the permit then but it was the fishing tournament on the 15th so she wouldn't talk about work stuff.
So I didn't get the permit until the 16th...
Urgh...
But I made a bridge that day and it was completed on the 17th. ^-^
...
So just a few more days!

But since the town was started on the 13th... there isn't much to it yet.
And I haven't got a shop upgrade to get a better series of items for the homes... or wall paper/carpet. XP
But I got a bridge... and campsite... and street lamp.... and tomorrow I shall have a fountain. ^-^

True, honestly I like the voting system they have. So you can get an idea how well a town is before you jump into it. Also you can't vote on a town more than once. So you can't keep on voting for yourself. Or someone can't keep on down voting you.
I would like to see something where there are descriptions and a voting system.
