Are you bothered about makeup?

I wear make-up when I go to work or dates with my friends just because I want to and honestly, majority of the jobs out there (even part-time) do require you to put on some foundations. But again, it's all to people's preferences, I wear make-up to work simply because I over look annoying costomers when I feel happy about how my makeup's done today.

I love makeup on everyone! If someone doesn't know how to put it on properly it looks kinda bad lol but most people look really pretty with makeup!

I love it when girls wear lots of makeup... or none at all. It's all about self-expression and I feel its wrong to try to push your opinion on what someone else enjoys....

I personally think its decieving to wear excessive makeup (I'm talking completely changing your face with contouring), but it's ultimately the person's choice. To each their own. I myself cannot physically stand makeup on my own skin. It makes me get acne, so I just go barefaced everyday. I also have very low self esteem, so taking off makeup at the end of the day and dropping 5 attractiveness points would completely crush me.

I don't get people who think wearing makeup is a big deal. Although I never have worn it, it looks fun. If people wear it to hide their imperfections, I say who cares? Do whatever makes you happy, with or without makeup.

I personally don't wear make up myself, but I think simple is best. If it's not strikingly noticeable, it's fine.

Honestly, I don't like the recent trend of bold/strong/fierce kind of make up because people look intimidating. But people are free to wear make up the way they want.

I really like make-up, and I often do notice a person's make-up, but I don't usually like someone more or less because of it... though once I started a friendship with someone by mentioning their make-up, haha ^-^
It's a great way to express yourself; my friends from the UK sometimes wear fairly bold make-up- thick winged liner, full dark lips, nicely done contour, dramatic eyebrows... it really suits them and is nicely done :o Usually make-up isn't done for other people, it just makes us happy xD
Though my ex-friend wears make-up solely for her crush, and it's not really nicely done (dark unblended eyeshadow, clumpy eyelashes, way too dark eyebrows, etc.)
I don't mind why or how people wear make-up, as long as they're happy. My make-up style is inspired by Korean and Japanese beauty trends, it makes me really happy :D
Anyway this post is way too long haha xD

I'm bothered when I see a girl with so much makeup on, it cakes her face, and when she looks like she's wearing a mask. I also hate when girls have too much contouring on, because it makes them look they have a dirt stripe on.

I answered already but I guess i didn't really say my "thoughts" on other people wearing makeup. I honestly don't get why someone would be bothered about how or why someone else is wearing makeup? I think makeup is a pretty amazing thing. If someone wears makeup because they want to impress someone, look good, just because they think it's cool, or because it makes them more confident, it's all fine with me, I think it's great that people can express themselves using makeup. Whether you "cake" your face everyday, or wear no makeup at all, it's cool. (I do think societies view on makeup is weird though, often "pressuring" girls into wearing makeup then shaming them for wearing too much?) What someone chooses to wear/put on their face, has no effect on me :))

I usually don't mind make up, and I think a lot of people wear it well. That said, I think natural colors and simple is best because it's easier to do.

I never wear make-up, however I know plenty of people that couldn't go a day without it. I respect those who never wear make up, sometimes wear make up, wear it every day, or those that feel the only day they will ever skip out on it is the last day of man-kind. This also includes guys! Not just females! All that really matters is if they feel confident in themselves. Whether someone does or doesn't wear makeup is not an issue for me, and it doesn't stop me from meeting someone or becoming friends.

I'm okay with people wearing make-up tbh as long as they're happy, even though I'm not one for make-up on myself. I get slightly annoyed though when there's too much, like their face is overly caked or smth. It's just a personal preference/pet peeve though but it's not really gonna change how I act towards them. ^^;

A lot of girls don't use natural lighting when applying makeup so they don't even know they have a 'cake face' until people point it out to them lol. There are a lot of times when I'm doing my makeup in my room with a desk light and I assess that my makeup looks fine, but once I get into the car and look at the mirror with natural lighting I'm horrified. T_T

Naw. Even if I don't like the way it looks, I understand they do - and if they like how they look then that's all that matters really.
