I have 9 villagers and all personalities except snooty, I've been on 10 Nook Miles tours to try and find one today and yesterday went on 8, I have yet to find a single snooty villager. I have come across Zucker and Lolly twice but have not seen a single snooty. anyone else having/had trouble finding a snooty on one of these tours?
Are snooty villagers rare?

Not me. I've had an over-abundance of them honestly. Two on my island (tbf they're both adorable), another one popped into my campsite yesterday, half the female villagers I found on my last batch of island trips were snooties.

Snooty are absolutely worth it OP. They aren't mean like WW and PG which is unfortunate but they are more snooty than whatever happen to New Leaf villagers.
Had a similar issue. I let the game choose my first 8 and still didn't have a snooty. Had to island hop to find one. (Willow)

I had a snooty randomly move into my village and tbh I think they’re worth it. They’re one of the more mature personality types that I wouldn’t mind having multiples of unlike jocks or preppies.

it was hard for me as well, but keep trying on islands and you'll meet some. cranky is more rare for me. made the mistake of not buying an amiibo for one.
on the bright side, campsite is heavily skewed to give you a missing personality!

I had my first camper (after the mandatory one) today, and it was a lazy while I already have 2 of them in my town and I have no snooty yet (and I only have 8 villagers at the moment)
I met three of them in less than 10 NMT. Cranky is the one type i am having a tough time looking for. I only met one so far and i kinda wish they alter it so that you meet more villagers of the personality you are missin when island hopping.

I had a similar problem, except I skipped over the first snooty I found and couldn't find more after like six tours. I wound up just leaving the plot overnight, and Snooty the snooty anteater moved in haha. I'm not sure if it's like NL where they try to place a villager of a personality you don't have, or if I just got lucky.
That might be the case. I just checked the plot i placed a few days ago and now it says it was sold to Murphy the cranky cub. Try this method if you are not looking for a specific snooty, op.
Went I first went looking for a Snooty, it was the only personality I was missing. It took me over 15 tickets. For my 10th villager, I got another Snooty. They're my favorite of the female personality types in this game.
When Peppy was the only personality type I was missing as mine had just moved out, it took a solid 20+ tickets and I didn't find any so I ended up adopting one instead.
My luck on island tours going after the one personality I'm missing has been really bad. Hopefully the island tours aren't skewed to make getting that missing personality harder!
I haven't let anyone randomly move in, so maybe I might try that next if I'm missing a personality and go through all my tickets...
