Are perfect oranges premium?

I have stacks of perfect oranges in my closet and I need some money very badly xD I have a police station going up and I still have a debt to pay (and I REALLY want to expand my house).

I was hoping someone has perfect oranges as their premium, and it would totally rock if you had Bell Boom, but that's not really a biggie c:
