Are gyroids worth anything to anybody?

These things are clogging up my storage and I don't if I should just sell them to Retail or sell them to someone on TBT.
Are they actually worth anything?

Some people do collect them. At some point I intend on making sure I've catalogued them all but at the moment I have them clogging my museum exhibits. Whenever I know I have 1 of each I'm going to sell all the ones I don't like and just keep a few favourites. ~ which I'll probably never use, but if they insist on being unorderable I can't part with them. D:

I'd probably just sell them, as I honestly think they're really ugly and I'm not interested in the music they make.

They were cool when they could be stored at Brewster's, it was kind of fun to stroll through your collection and knowing you could get any gyroid back at any time. But my storage space in New Leaf is too precious for gyroids, so I just sell them all.

I keep some of the Lullaboids because I like them but I guess they kind of take a lot of space so most of the time I just sell them or give it to my villagers ahaha most of them aren't really that interesting to me

I usually sell spares, though. I like how some of them look.. hahhaa. (i also wanted to create some music with them or something)

I sell them but keep the ones that sound nice.

I've also switched out the ones at club lol for bowtoids.

Because bowtoids are cool and they look great, like some VIP club members sitting back with KK xD

I don't collect them or keep them except for my absolute favorites, but there is definitely at least a small market on TBT for them.

The only ones I kept were the coffee shop ones and I put them in the club.

I had been selling them to Reese since I wasn't interested in them and they took up way too much space. But I traded with a very lovely user on this forum who told me they were collecting them. So now I give them away.

They should add a storage function for them. Perhaps Loid should get a store where you can bring them and take them out for a small charge.

If their sounds were continuous I might like them, but right now I dislike them.

My cousin collects them! He made an exhibit in his museum just for his gyroids

I think they're kind of creepy, except the Brewster ones. I have a ton of them in my museum, but I probably should get rid of them.

I collect certain ones like the gargloids and warbloids.

Because I keep seeing threads here where people sell gyroids, I kept all of mine for a long time, always thinking I'll get around to selling them. Buut they just kept taking up more and more space so I ended up selling all of them to Reese.

There's so very few of them I like, they're always so strange and ugly and don't match my furniture. Really not sure what to make of them. I keep a Tall Brewstoid behind the counter of my home cafe and it looks like Brewster making coffee, but aside from that, I just sell them all to Re-Tail.

I've just been stuffing 'em all in one of my extra character's mail storage. I know that realistically I'll never use the vast majority of them, but I feel compelled to keep them.

And honestly, even if they kept Brewster's storage thing from City Folk that still wouldn't completely solve my hoarding issue, because what if I feel I need multiple of a certain gyroid for a particular room idea? I just wish they were orderable.
