Are Bell Tree Bells and TBT the same?

When looking to possibly buy some acnl items, I was expecting going to their town and giving them real acnl bells. But when I see "15 TBT for ----" and "15 bell tree bells for ----"... is that the same thing? I thought they were 2 different types of currency. I just joined yesterday so trying to get used to this, thanks!

Yep! As answered in our Discord, people use TBT and Bell Tree Bells interchangeably.
