Ive already gotten mine. Go to your nearest toys r us store if you get this arceus and trade it to heartgold or soul silver you will witness a special event and have your choice of a lvl1.dialga lvl1.palkia or lvl1.giratina.
I memorized the stuff from the board they had there ;3.

EDIT:Im not sure but it may be on wifi already maybe I havent checked.
