Buying April Month Birthstone Diamond Collectible

My birthday is in April and my birthstone is diamond so I'd like to buy this collectible.

I was using Lassy's guide to determine the median price for these collectibles and its about 500 BTB so that is what I am willing to offer. I'll consider negotiating, I just really want this collectible!
