Buying April Birthstone

Hi! I'm looking for an April diamond, but I've seen these gemstones advertised in prior years (like 2019, 2018, etc). Does the year of the collectible make a difference?

hello! dates on collectibles are mainly for lining up your collectibles in a certain order c: they line up from the most recent date to the oldest, left to right :> hope this helps!

if you don't mind the order in which your collectibles are lined up then don't worry about the date. however the date does determine its positioning in your lineup. the top left are the newest ones and the date descends from left to right, top to bottom.

Ahh, I understand! Thanks, guys! So if I want my April gemstone to be before my cherry, it should be a 2020/2019 one? I got the cherry as a gift, though, so I am not sure the date on that one!

when you go into your inventory, it should say the date when you click on the cherry c:
yours is from may 19, 2016 at 11:02 PM!

Oh, cool! I didn't know you can do that. I am still learning something new about the forums every day! So if I were to buy an April gemstone before 2016, it will come after the cherry? And if I buy a more recent one, it will precede the cherry in the lineup?

With that in mind, if anyone is still selling the April stone, I'm still buying.

It goes from newest to oldest dates, left to right. so that birthstone would go after your cherry.
