Anyone with a town in July or August near nighttime?

Does anyone have a town in July or August at like 8 pm-4 am? I'm looking to catch a horseshoe crab real quick, it's literally the last sea creature I need! I caught the giant spider crab a few minutes ago, and found out the horseshoe crab was the last and only appears in July-September. And I get a new badge!

xD I don't feel bad after seeing this forum. I missed the horseshoe crab too. I also missed the scarab beetle and house centipede. All of them could be caught during August.
