Go to Best Buy and spend 50 bucks on a Dazzle DVD Recorder..chubsterr said:Anyone use a capture card? if so what set up do you use/recommend?
I'm looking to record game play and such from my xbox with decent quality.
Whats the difference between that and the dazzle video creator?Rorato said:Go to Best Buy and spend 50 bucks on a Dazzle DVD Recorder..chubsterr said:Anyone use a capture card? if so what set up do you use/recommend?

DVD Recorder has better quality since it uses different types of cables. Video Creator is like more for movies.chubsterr said:Whats the difference between that and the dazzle video creator?Rorato said:Go to Best Buy and spend 50 bucks on a Dazzle DVD Recorder..chubsterr said:Anyone use a capture card? if so what set up do you use/recommend?

I recommend getting Dazzle (the platinum version if you can find it). I use it and my videos are pretty HQ. I use Pinnacle Studio 12 to record my gameplay, which might come with the dazzle (depending on which one you buy).

Because i really was looking into the Dazzle Platinum version that comes with the 3 CDS but im worried that the quality will be a mess since id have to play on SD.
Ive been looking into videos that suggest an amplifier, do you use one?cuz i know u can record without one.
They also suggested an Svideo AV for the 360 but im not sure if that will be a big difference.
Hmm thanks Niko, guess ill have to bring out my old SD tv out of the closet for recording.-Niko said:I use an SD Tv for my videos.chubsterr said:Do you play on an HD Tv niko?-Niko said:DVD Recorder has better quality since it uses different types of cables. Usually you have to play in SD, although I think HD might work if you set it up properly.
I actually don't use an amplifier.
SVideo makes the quality 5% better, and it's hard to honestly notice.
Yeah, they're pretty expensive. I use the normal version, but the platinum has better features and has an HD feature for Pinnacle Studio.chubsterr said:Hmm thanks Niko, guess ill have to bring out my old SD tv out of the closet for recording.-Niko said:I use an SD Tv for my videos.chubsterr said:Do you play on an HD Tv niko?-Niko said:DVD Recorder has better quality since it uses different types of cables. So far the prices ive seen for the platinum start at about 95 bucks.
Is easycap similar to dazzle? any big difference in quality?MrCrazyDavis said:I'm waiting for my easyCAP to come in the post to record my PS3, seems pretty good.
