UPDATE: Shauntal - By the time I defeated all four of her pokemon mine were all in the red zone (except for Jet, didn't send him out). 0_0 I'm going to have to be more careful to stay alive. I decided to be able to used Full Restores too as an optional mercy rule, but it'll be pointless if one of my pokemon dies. Grimsley, here I come!
UPDATE: Grimsley - I defeated his Scrafty with one Brave Bird from Wing. Then I switched to Splash who used a Mega Horn to defeat his Krookodile. I used a couple of Splash's digs to defeat Bislash, and finished off his Liepard with another Mega Horn. That was easier than last time, but I still need to be cautious. Caitlin, here I come!
UPDATE: Caitlin - I defeated her Reuniclus with a single Mega Horn from Splash. Then I used a Mega Horn on her Gothitelle, but it resisted in the red zone. It used Thunder, but Splash dodged it. Splash used Hidden Power (Ghost), being able to defeat Gothitelle before it could throw another bolt at him thanks to the high priority of the move. Then Splash used Mega Horn on her Musharna, which sent it to the red. She used a full restore, getting Musharna back to full strength. Splash used another Mega Horn, defeating the Musharna this time. She sent out her last pokemon, Sigilyph, which sent Splash into the red zone with a critical psychic. Mega Horn wasn't going to be super effective since Sigilyph is part flying type, but I used it anyway and closed my eyes, saying goodbye to Splash. But then GOGOGOGOGOGOGO CRITICAL MEGA HORN! It OHKO'ed the Sigilyph, winning the match without Splash dying. Marshal, here I come!
UPDATE: Marshal - I OHKO'ed his Throh with a Brave Bird from Wing. Then he sent out his Sawk, which tried to defeat Wing with a Stone Edge, but Wing dodged it and used Fly on the Sawk. It stayed alive at one HP because of Sturdy, and Marshal used a full restore while Wing sent it back to one hp with another Fly. Sawk landed a Stone Edge, sending Wing to one HP. Wing used Scald, defeating Sawk. Conkeldurr came out and Wing OHKO'ed it with a fly before it could hurt Wing. I switched to Splash for Mienshao, who used a Jump Kick. Splash sent Mienshao to the orange with an Aqua Tail. Then Splash dug underground. Mienshao used another Jump Kick while Splash was still underground, which made Mienshao crash and faint. Champion Alder, here I come!
UPDATE: Alder was defeated by N (Although I already knew this). I was too late! N's Castle came out of the ground, surrounding the pokemon league castle! I entered the castle, buy 6 of the 7 sages confronted me with words of advice. Then one of them told me they were going to hound and defeat me. I was about to wimper in fear, but then..
???: Can ya manage that?
Into the room comes Gym Leader Clay! The sages were scared of him, but not afraid.
Clay: And it's not just me.
Out came Gym Leaders Lenora! Burgh! Elesa! Skyla! Brycen! Iris! Drayden! They said they were going to handle the sages and to move on. So inspiring!
Alright, here I come, N! If you truly wish for all pokemon to be free, you are wrong, and if you cannot accept that then I will teach you the true meaning of freedom!
UPDATE: I made it to the throne room and his Reshiram came out, saying I WILL CRUSH YOU. My dark stone turned into Zekrom in a cutscene. Zekrom replied, OH REALLY? THEN COME AT ME BRO. Here it is, the final battle between truth and ideals!
UPDATE: Volt defeated Reshiram with a couple of Dragon Breathes while taking serious damage ending up in the red zone. Vanilluxe came in and finished Volt off. Goodbye forever, Volt. Rocky came out and OHKO'ed Vanilluxe with Rock Slide. Zoroark came out in the form of Klinklang, confusing me. I tried to use Waterfall, but it didn't defeat the Klinklang which really turned back into a Zoroark. Zoroark threw a Focus Blast at Rocky and left him at one HP. Rocky finished off Zoroark with Waterfall. I switched out to Splash for his real Klinklang. Splash defeated it with a couple of digs after taking serious electric damage, leaving him at one HP. I switched to Wing for his Carracosta. Wing slammed it with Scald, leaving it at one HP. It fainted from the resulting burn. Archeops came out then. Rocky came back out and used Waterfall, only sending it to half health. It used Stone Edge, which thankfully missed Rocky. I switched out to Jet, and defeated it with a critical Aqua Jet. Ghetsis revealed that it was a cover up and he just wants to rule the world! N healed my pokemon, so here I come, Ghetsis!
UPDATE: Aside from Volt and Jet, my team survived and was able to defeat Ghetsis. I watched the credits and now I'm deciding where I want to go first. I think I might stop playing for tonight; I'm not sure.
UPDATE: I re-explored certain places of Unova, and arrested 5 of the 6 sages I have to with Looker's help. Now I'm about to head to Marvelous Bridge and explore the central east half of Unova until I make it back to Opelucid from the east side. By then I'll have a full mono water-type team party and I'll be ready to challenge the elite four and Alder once and for all!
UPDATE: I explored Marvelous Bridge, Route 15, and White Forest. I'm planning to head towards Route 14 soon.
UPDATE: I explored Route 14, catching the first pokemon I saw, a Golduck, which I named Gold. I explored all of the abundant shrine, and then headed into Undella Town. I caught the first pokemoN I saw in Undella town, a Remoraid, which I named Bazooka. It evolved into an Octillery a couple battles later. I explored all of Undella Bay, and now I'm planning on heading to Route 13 soon.
UPDATE: I explored Route 13, Giant Chasm (obviously not catching Kyurem), Lacunosa Town, Route 12, Village Bridge, and Route 11. I caught the first pokemon I saw on Route 11, a Blue-Striped Basculin, which I named Jet (In honor of the first Jet). I made it back into Opelucid City. Now I'm on my way to battle Cheren for the final time!
UPDATE: Splash OHKO'ed his Liepard with Mega Horn. Then I switched to Wing for his Serperior. Wing used Hurricane, which put Serperior at one HP because of the Focus Sash. His Serperior attacked, leaving Wing at half health. Wing used Fly to finish off his Serperior. Then, I switched to Rocky for his Gigalith. Rocky finished off Gigalith with a couple of Waterfalls. His Simipour came out, and Rocky defeated it with a couple of strengths. Then, I switched to Splash for his Haxorus. Splash defeated it with a couple of Mega Horns, after taking serious damage leaving him in the red zone. I switched out to Rocky and OHKO'ed his Unfezant with a Rock Slide. Now I'll have to train for days, maybe weeks, until my team is ready to face the Elite Four and Alder for the final time.
UPDATE: I explored Challenger's Cave, which helped my team level up a couple levels. I'm going to do my daily run of Small Court, Big Stadium, and the Royal Unova later.
