Anyone play fifa 14?

I sold Balo+2m to get G?tze and Montolivo+14mil for Neymar in season 2. El Shaarawy+24mil for Bale season 3, and bought Reus. Traded Reus for Ronaldo in season 4. Now I plan on using Ronaldo until Bakkali will outgrow him.

Still getting used to it as I've just began with Manchester United. I got an offer for Rooney from Barca and ended up selling him for 50 mil. Brought in Lewandowski for 25 mil as he had only 1 year and a few months left on his contract. Sold a couple of players like Anderson and that. Brought in Hummels and Fabregas also. Half a season later, Manchester city came in for an offer for the in-form Lewandowski for 50 mil or something mad, counter offered for 85 and they accepted. I went and looked for a replacement. Brought in Neuer for 13 mil and de gea, pique for 25 mil, hazard for 30 and young and brought in suarez for 20 mil who wanted to leave.

Once I get the hang of things, I will want to start a career mode with Crystal Palace and try to bring them to the top of the premier league in the future.

Know any young promising players I can bring in for Crystal Palace around low 70's and cheap?

Yeah, I usually go to weaker teams and try to take them to the top, when I get bored of the normal career mode. Last year I used Hull City.

Yeah, QPR now would probably be one of the better < Premier league teams. I think I'll just go with a team like Blackburn.

Actually, Birmingham seems more fun.

Yeah, I think Blackpool has the best Championship kits. QPR obviously has the highest transfer budget. I think that I'll take a lower budget team though.

Yeah, I could kinda see myself do any of the Top 4 leagues lower league. I don't want to do an italian team as facing Milan would just make me want to lose. Maybe take over a team like VfL Bochum 1848?

I played FIFA 12 with just keyboard controls for about 2 years. I only played career mode and took Shrewsbury Town FC and Crewe Alexandria to the top and made NE Revolution a 80+ rated team with out ever siming a game. It was a fun game that would run even on the ****tiest of laptops. That was a dark period in my life - I knew all of the high potential youth players like the back of my hand. Lucas Piazon was a godsend, as he would have 99 stamina by the time he was an early 70 and could be played every game. So many hours, lost forever.

But you enjoyed doing it, right?

I've been playing FIFA since it's release and had the pleasure of being invited out to EA Canada a few years back to work on FIFA 11. Until the next gen version was released I found myself falling out with FIFA, it always felt repetitive and my favourite mode (Clubs) had started to go the same way. Now with the crowd feeling a little more "alive", the game finally catching up with the PC and then advancing I've finally found it in myself to play career mode and I'm enjoying it.

I'm a Bristol City fan so have gone with them and invested all my money in finding youth with the exception of buying Benik Afobe from Arsenal who is currently my highest scoring striker so a good bit of business there :)

I've also found a left winger called Bertrams in my youth scouting who is looking very promising and I have a few 15 years olds who look very good from what I can tell so far. I think the new scouting system has restored some interest for me, knowing all of the stats of all of the players really killed off the immersion for me.

Props for not checking player's potential on the Internet! I couldn't resist the urge, and it was the first thing I did when I started my career mode.
You sound like a really good player!

I always check out the player online too, I couldn't stand the new way of searching for players, if you want to find a player, you'll have to scout them.
Seems like every player on the pitch has to have good strength, thankfully it's not all about pace this year.
