Not only the Mayor. But I think only the residents can, so you can't go to another town that has Gracie

Well I have been playing for around three months and saw her for the first time a couple of days ago

If you TT it's easier to be done with the checks, I think you can go back to a day you had her and the check will count as a new one, do that several times and you'll be done.

It really doesn't take that long! Just make sure you have all the other requirements down first, as it will take longer if youhaven't quite spent the right amount of bells etc.

It's random, and some people have a really bad luck, I have had the requirements for a while and only one visit two days ago I was starting to believe that something was wrong with my game
