Buying Anyone Good at Making QR Code Outfits?

I'm looking for a long sleeved male version of this outfit with a little bit of tweaking.

I was hoping it could be tweaked to add a some plate armor on the right sleeve like in this outfit. Second, I would like the blue skirt part removed entirely so it's just the shirt and apron. Obviously the apron won't entirely fit on the long sleeved version so its size will have to be reduced.

I'm willing to pay a good amount of TBT to have this done. I don't want to offer too little or too much that would scare people off. I will honestly pay you what you think is a fair price for your effort in making this.

Edit: Also, I'll pay extra to have two color versions of this outfit one in this color and another in a greyish-black.
