Anyone excited for April Fool's day?

I'm pumped! Last April Fool's in my old town, I messed up since I went without a guide and now I'm excited and I just need the villager pictures to complete my house.

I really love it! I wish I could be more excited this time around but just recently I time travelled to get the pictures of a couple of villagers who were moving out, which means that I've experienced it with most of my current villagers. I might try to answer their questions without a guide, and there's at least one whose picture I don't have yet, so that might be fun.

I've never played on April Fool's day before so I'm very excited! Especially since I want to get Tia, Sparkle, and Colton's pictures since they're my favorite villagers currently! I just wish I had a tenth villager since I never got my last camper (a lion) to want to move in. |8<

I'm about a month or two ahead, so I've already done April Fool's Day. Although, I could always use more pictures, and it was pretty fun.

This year I played for the towels. The mayor already had all the villagers pictures so they got sold.
The 3rd player said she knew the answer and than left the house with the towel. Dropped it outside and went back in for a new question. Answered it right and she got the picture. Won enough for her upstairs bathroom.
After sorting thru the pictures I found out she only needs 4 more villagers pictures. Plan on working on those villagers to get a higher friendship and a picture. Prefer to earn them and not in a mini event.

I'm super excited. This will be my first NL April Fool's Day, since I missed last year's. ^^ I think it's the only event I haven't played yet (in the NA version, at least).

I've been writing down all of my villager's clues haha. I know what the event entails but I didn't do a ton of research on it like I did for some of the events so I'm looking forward to being surprised.

Yes! I wasn't playing the game last year around this time, so this will be the first time I've experienced this event.

The pictures are actual picture frames with your animal's pic on it and you can display it in your house (though you can't give them to your villagers). Interacting with the picture frame tells the villager's birthdate and motto.

A tip on gettin them: Refer to an animal crossing wiki for the animal's motto and birthdates. Refuse to receive the towel if you are not certain you can tell who is who. Wait for the dialog to mention their motto or birthdate, hence the wiki.
