Anyone else’s randomly generated characters decider hate them?

Yup, most of them hate me I have only seen Flick and CJ once or twice (including the fishing tourney), and I have played since release.

i think they should fix this RNG.... back then it was easy to meet these characters within a week because they're randomized but they still mostly appear within a week or so! i rarely see CJ

leif and redd seemingly hate me - i saw leif for the first time in about a week and a half yesterday and i haven’t seen redd since the first week of may ;u;

I haven’t gotten C.J. in forever, but I’ve gotten Saharah 3 or 4 times during that span.
I’ve also gotten Leif quite a few times (including on two consecutive days), but I appreciate it because I’m currently landscaping my town heavily.

I think my visitors are generally pretty balance but towards the beginning I was getting Gulliver pretty much every other day. Now it feels like it's been ages since I last saw him but I don't know the exact amount of time that's passed. Come back, I need ya rusted parts!!

Sahara maybe like five or six times she comes a lot so does Gulliver

It finally worked. After almost six weeks, CJ showed up today! I think the key was abandoning all hope that I’d ever see him again.

I feel like I see Kicks every day. Saharah is also starting to overstay her welcome. Where is Redd? Where is Label? Where is Gulliver?

I saw Gulliver many times when the game first came out and managed to get a lucky cat, pagoda and katana so I can count my blessings and forgive him for being a no-show, but c’on cousin, let me buy some art! I don’t even care if it’s fake at this point!!!

with the recent datamine of when npcs visit (it was on the new horizons front page for a while yesterday, you could also probably just check ninji's twitter), i feel like they set the rates for certain visitors at a lot lower than they should be. like, there are a lot of npcs fighting for two slots during the week, plus their general spawn rate, it makes sense as to why i haven't seen gulliver, redd, label, etc. on my island in ages. however, i get cj and flick consecutively...

It’s been five and a half weeks since I’ve seen CJ. But I still get Kicks selling Ross-level backpacks twice a week and Label giving me a vampire costume as inspiration for a “goth look” multiple times. So I think I angered the game in some way.

The last 3 times I've had Flick it has been pouring rain, so nothing to catch except snails and wasps.

I got the vampire cape too from Label! As a former goth I chuckled at it and thought immediately to South Park.

Remember when we were all complaining that visitors to your island were too frequent? Maybe they tried to fix it and overcompensated a tiny bit.

I really think the RNG is not balanced. I had seen Label once since launch day and Flick maybe twice. Also, in my town it never rained until beginning of May, literally not once. When May came along I think I haven’t had a full day without some serious rain( I’ve never had a thunderstorm tho). Also, meteor shower, never had one. I saw one shooting stars once and that was it. Not a big deal, Celeste visited twice since I’ve started the game but still bugs me off, I’d love to see a meteor shower sooner or later.
