i keep having to move their houses around because they're in the way for my terraforming and then when im ready to put them down and even though i view how it looks, once i put down the plot i realize it looks bad there (wish i could imagine it in a different view so i could see where im placing it more clearly)
tbh if i wasn't TTing this would be even a bigger pain ;;;

that’s me right now. I was starting to do my island and just didn’t like where it was going so I scrapped it all and looked at inspiration and now have a new idea. So I get to move everything once again and dig up all the flowers and place them somewhere else as I do one section at a time. Fun times. 🙂

That was me when I was moving my villagers. I'd set a plot and 5 minutes later I decide it would look better one spot to the left. So the next two days I spend moving the villager to the beach then back lol.
But I am pretty satisfied right now with my villager locations.

I haven't moved any villagers houses yet, but I also haven't started terraforming yet. It's gonna be a real good time when I do start, however. (/s)

Least favorite part of the game, to be honest, and is truly the only reason I'd justify time traveling.

Ugh, some of mine I need to move all of 1-2 squares and have to pay 100k just to move them one square. I'm almost considering just living with it, since I only have about 500-600k to my name and can't even afford all the moving, plus I need to fix my house's placement too. Ugh

i haven’t had to move anybody’s houses in a bit but that’s probably because i don’t really have the bells to dish out trying to move anything, anyways lmao

I'm so so grateful that we actually can move our villagers homes in this game, so I guess even if it takes awhile, I'm not tired of it. I just have to think back to the horrors of all of those hoops we had to jump through in the previous game to try to get villagers to plot their houses down on a certain area, and I'll gladly take this any day!

I've set up where I want my villagers houses, so far I really like it. I terraformed that area already and made it a residential area, but I had to delete some inclines to make it work! I moved 5 houses and my shops, I like this placement better than my last plan. I moved 6 villagers and my shops, before I realized I didn't like what I was doing to my island!

The most annoying thing is the fact that you can't just move them a block over. I had to shift five houses a few blocks over and it was a weird juggle to finally get them set up correctly - too much time and bells down the drain but finally satisfied
