Anyone else still getting the error code...?

It is SO frustrating.
I can't visit other towns... other people can't visit mine.
Yet everything else is working just fine. I can visit other towns via the dream suite and meet people to play on Club Tortimer.
Everytime I get that darn error code/message. ._. It's kinda ruining the game for me... has anyone else still problems with that? Or does anyone know what could fix that problem?

When it happened to me last night, I saved and quit the game, then rebooted. Had no more problems with the systems. I don't know if it is still the same problem.

First i asked that person to re-open the gate.
If it's still doesn't work, i do just as RisingSun said:

It's probably because the Nintendo server hasn't fully recognized you two as friends yet.

I have the exact same problem, the only people I can only visit is the people I have met through club tortimer, We've exchange FC and Im allow to visit their town and viveversa, but with other people I always get the same error code

It happens randomly for me, one person I was trying to trade with it happened over and over constantly, then theres some of my friends I visit that it never happens. I assume it has to do with what kind of wifi connection you have and how strong it is.

Yes, I've even tried getting help from Nintendo Support, but no.
