Anyone else in Southern Hemisphere who still haven’t gotten the mushroom wreath diy from Isabelle?

A couple of my friends got the diy for a mushroom wreath during Isabelle’s daily broadcast, I have played every day in May so far and still haven’t received it. For the past few days she has had no annoucements as well, so why isn’t she giving me the diy recipe??

sometimes she just doesnt seem to give you DIY, like some people in the northern hemisphere got a cherry blossom diy off her and some didnt. its weird

I had no idea that you could get DIY's from Isabelle, I got the wreath from a balloon

I'm southern hemisphere, have only gotten Mushroom DIYs via the balloons

I'm not from the Southern hemisphere, but for the cherry blossom event for me, isabelle didn't give me the picnic diy D; i figured it was because I wasn't far enough into the game (i hadn't had my first kk slider concert yet/ island wasn't at 3 stars), but i got the diy i need from a friend, so they got a second one somehow (maybe from a balloon as someone else mentioned) ;P
