Does anyone else hate when villagers give you items that you don't want even though you keep saying no? Flo always seems to do this. I mean, isn't the "No" option for when you DON'T want the item? It's just a darn pain!

i laugh when they want to make a ridiculous trade ..
'can i trade my ___ball tee for your throne??'

hahahaha no.

It seems that everyone has the weirdest luck with Flo lately :P

I dont usually trade items anymore because I dont want my villagers replacing their stuff with random items :x

Well, that's mostly about where she moves in, as she seems to like trampling paths and flowers.

Also, one time Roald force gave me 2 items within 5 minutes. Yeah, that was extremely dumb.

This really annoys me. I have to go out of my way to sell it to Re-Tail afterwards, and I usually only get about 500 bells.

This is true XD I've also had villagers ask for rare fish for ridiculously low prices.

Daisy: You know, recently I've been dreaming of whale sharks... they've invaded my thoughts!
Me: Good to know.
Daisy: Hey, Leela! I just realised you have one on you right now!
Me: What a coincidence...
Daisy: Would you mind selling it to me? For, I don't know... 1,000 bells?
Me: lol no

this basically
i've had a time where Diana gave me a throne once when I gave her something so simple. :o

I know this feeling, especially with Marina - she's always trying to give me lovely furniture & I just want her to keep it all!

Why, Marina...

Goldie kept trying to give me her minimalist ottoman so many times. I always said no and one day, she sent it to me in a letter. I was thinking "why Goldie whhhyyyy"

Yess!
Hate it so so SO much
Like today Katt was like
"You have a Napoleon Fish I see, wanna trade for my clothes line pole?"
I just give her a look and say "Ahahaha.... gtfoomt." (Get the **** out of my town)

Not really if it's a free item, if they want to trade a terrible item for something of mine, they can just go away. .-.

It annoys me if I'm hoping they'll ping for something else and not to give me a men's toilet or something. But usually I just drop the item outside Re-Tail and sell it later on. Occasionally they'll give me something nice, like Chester gave me a Mama Panda which I thought was sweet, and also funny because he's a panda cub. Genji gave me a teddy the first week he moved in and I still have that in my house too over a year later :) Most of the time I wander around with my pockets full of bamboo, that way when I chat with them they can't give me anything, and I can stack it up quickly if I want to pick something up.

I usually agree to any villager request just to make them happy. I just sell the junk they give me XD

Just go with the Flo lol but I had that situation lol, it's annoying but I want to please my villagers :)

I don't really mind when they give me items for free. If I don't like them, I can always sell them in Re-Tail for a few extra bells and it's nice when it contributes to my cataloguing. I've also gotten items that I wanted that way.

When they want to make trades or sales, I find it more funny than annoying when they come up with ridiculous ones, like trying to sell me fruit for over a thousand bells.

my biggest problem is that I can NOT say no them! I just can't D:

Usually I just say no but sometimes I don't look at my 3DS' screen while playing/talking to my villagers and trade things for crap :c

if i dont like them, then i make all the trades with them. all of the good ones, not where they ask for a golden stag and offer 2000 bells/gingham tee.
