So, apparently you can visit your own towns in a dream. As many also know, the address can change many times too after updating. I visited the last update I did in 2013 seeing if the code still worked. It did, and after visiting it, WOW what a difference my town looked like!! To get an idea for yourself just how massively I changed it, the address then was 5500-2447-9858, then visiting my most recent address from just over a week ago 5500-4441-1777, REALLY shows the evolution!! Anyone else ever visit any of their old dream towns from a really long time ago, and amaze themselves just how much their town changed? I didn't realize just how much changing I had done over the course of a year, because these were gradual ones everyday that just added up over time.
Anyone else ever visit a previous dream address from themselves and be amazed?

Okay, what were you doing that kept yours from changing? Part of me is kind of happy it was changing, because it shows all the work I've done, but on the other side, I've had to constantly give people different addresses, because it kept changing. :/

I can't visit my town yet,but I can visit the town I had deleted and wow it looks so weird and plain. I even thought it looked good back then. o.e

I still have the same one as when I started at around the release date. I hardly ever updated my dream town until it looked more presentable or there was a major renovation. I really want to visit my dream town though.
In my original town, Applewin, I have been given three different Dream Addressses. Those are actually listed in my Signature. But, you can also access it, through Luna, by telling her the town name. My third town, Temps, is going to get reset. I probably have around eight Dream Addresses. You key in the town name, with the Mayor being Alicia, and you will probably see many options. (The ones near the top are most recent.)
I think there may be some sort of glitch. Someone can suggest that doing updates of your Dream Address with separate game consoles can trigger the change; but I experience the changes, with Temps, with the same game console anyway.
