For me it's getting past his dialogue, he sure talks a lot. It was cute at first but I'm over it now. And I've been super lucky, got Stonehenge and the pagoda from him right away. There's not much more from him I want.

Actually I'm the opposite. I didn't want to help him in New Leaf. I think it was because going down the slope to the beach was too tedious for me?

I always do it. I actually don't mind digging up the parts. The only part that annoys me about having to do it is that Gulliver's dialogue is soooo long and unnecessary. After the first time you meet him, he shouldn't have to go through the whole spiel over and over again like it was the first time you've met.. I really miss the mini quizzes he gives you in New Leaf. It made talking to him fun. Here I just mash the B button It's sad really. But otherwise, I do get him his parts, every single time!

All his dialogue is bothersome and finding the parts can be annoying (dig up 4 clams in a row before finding the last one, seriously??) but he shows up so rarely for me that I make a beeline as soon as I see him, lol. Last three times he’s been here he’s given me a clothing item I’m never gonna use :/ Where the furniture at

I help him when he shows up. I think his exclusives are really cool and I honestly like this mini game better than the guessing game on New Leaf. Besides, he has access to... a really great gift, after all (spoilers below!)
