Anybody getting SimCity?

Who watched e3 this year? Did you see the new SimCity? Looks so good. Who's getting it? It's coming out early next year and it's going to support multiplayer mode (Y)

SimCity for the SNES and SimCity 3000 were two of my favorite games when I was younger. I'm certainly interested in this game, provided I have the right platform by the time it's released.

Too bad about it being on Origin, though. Give me my damn Steam overlay.

What do you mean by Origin? If the game is on Origin... can't you just download it like Steam? oO

I will most definitely buy Sim City! It's one of the few games I'm looking foward to in the near feature along with Halo 4 and Animal Crossing (My game preferences are so weird).

Not weird. you're just versatile. I only like playing casual games. i don't touch no hardcore.

I'm the same way ! My Favorite games are Assassins Creed, Skyrim and Animal Crossing xD
And if this SimCity is even just on par with the rest its a definate buy

whatever you do in your city affects another neighbouring city. So if I was being really evil i can build lots of nuclear plants and the people in the neighbouring city would all develop cancer

$99.99? Most games are overpriced when they are first released. When I went looking for sims 3 the cheapest one I could find was for $90. If SimCity is at that price range I think I might wait :/

I'll stick with SimCity 4 since EA will undoubtedly screw with Maxis and it'll be just.. bleh. They've been doing it a lot in recent years.

its going to be interesting to see how the multiplayer-city thing works out
