while i do like my island name, this would be a cool feature to be added. unfortunately i don’t think it would end up happening. it would be so great to have the option though, just imagine
yes! i named my island Duskrose and the theme i was going for really didn't match the name. I'm actually hoping to restart soon once all my flowers are gone!
I love my island name Starry Sky. I didn't even know there would be celestial items in this game, but now that I'm in it I've made it my island's aesthetic as I absolutely love the night sky and stars.
I spend a lot of time on Turnip Exchange and sometimes I wonder if the people naming their islands things with "Covid" in the name aren't going to regret that choice at some point...
I'm quite happy with the name Moonfall! I feel like it matches the aesthetic I'm going for with my island, as well. But I do wish we had the option to change it, I have wanted to do so in past AC games.
My island name is Narnia and it has some vague referenced to the series, but it's not the entire theme. I even have a space agency on my island and that definitely doesn't belong in a fantasy setting.
I wouldn't say I regret my island name though. I still like it a lot, it really does make it seem like the distant & remote place the island is supposed to be
I’d like to change my island and character name, I’m not really satisfied with it, but I don’t want to risk deleting my town, so I have no choice, but to keep it.
