Buying Any town snowing?

Hey I really need snowflakes, so if anybody who has a town that is snowing, let me know I'll give tbt or IGB.

Snowflakes still will appear in your town even if it isn't snowing. And they spawn at the same rate so there basically isn't a point to bother travelling. Just hung around the place, you'll find them!
