Any random villager move into your town and now you won’t let them move out?

I feel like we all have a certain idea of who our dream villagers are before we even started our islands. I recently found Marcie on a nook island and she’s so cute. She just pinged to move out and I said no. I had a list of my dreamies but now I want to keep her too!

Anyone else experience this?

Definitely me with stitches! I really didnt like him at first, just got him because i wanted to fill up my island and hes popular, but now i love him!!

Rolf moved in randomly and normally, I wasn't searching for him but since he's a favorite of mine since Wild World, I decided to keep him. He is so far the only villager who sends me tons of letters, guess I reached a high friendship level with him, lol.

That’s how I am with Chèvre the goat. I had her in wild world and thought she was so cute, so I know if I encounter her in New Horizons I won’t ever let her move out hahaha

Tex was my first camper so I have to let him move to the town, I didn’t like him at first as he looks quite annoying. But after he gave me 2 golden furniture diy recipes I’s quite toward him now lol

I have Marcie too (also took her on an island) and it's tough... I have three normal villagers already (and not a single smug, so I'll need to allow one of my normals to move out: Marcie, Megan or Marina). Marina was the last villager to move in, and I don't know what do to.

I'm keeping my two crankies, and although I would love to have two specific smugs (the only ones I like), I want to keep the balance of 5/5 female/male villagers.

Mine didn't move in exactly but, I had 10 villagers and one was a glitch so I was trying to force the glitch out (was doing it wrong), and well, Monty kinda grew on me and now I want him on my island but I have 10 dreamies

I got Nibbles randomly in my camp. at first I only invited her to replace a villager I disliked. didn't like her that much but now she is a dreamie.

That would be Judy. At first I didn’t care for her but now i am OBSESSED

Curt moved in randomly in my NL town and i had to let him go because of his house. I love him so much and i just need him in my island immediately. I have a villager in boxes today so i will have an open plot tomrrow and i am praying to either find him while island hopping or have him move in randomly like in NL.

I also found Rosie and Olive during my island visits and i want to keep them for a long while if not forever.

If we’re counting Nook mile islands, Maple. Saw her at first then was just thinking “Eh, she’s popular, so I could trade her some time.” Then actually having her around made me like her a lot that she’s now one of the ones I’ll surely keep.

I didn't think I'd become as attached to Flora as I did and she's one of my favourite peppy villagers now! (Although she continuously wears an ugly rag dress which I gave her by accident and Isabelle doesn't seem to be helping her fix it) Oh well, part of her charm!

Judy - her giant anime eyes are really jarring and really creeped me out at first. I also thought she was going to be preppy. But I don't think I'll ever let her move now - she's so subtly shady and her SHOOK expression really gets me

I found Keaton on an island randomly, thought he looked fun until i got someone new - he's NEVER leaving now! I love him so much!

Yes. I hate getting rid of villagers. I haven't had a single one I didn't like yet. Hahaha. Some I like more then others. i got Clyde and thought he was one of the ugliest villagers I have seen. But I actually really like him. Not sure if he is a dreamie. But he ask to move last week and I just couldn't do it yet. I am like nooooo. I need more time. Haha. Hes just seems so goofy and I love it. I also always liked Ketchup. But now she is a dreamie in NH. Hahah.

Mathilda moved into my town while I had a plot opened for Ankha to come in as my snooty, however I accidentally TT'ed a day forward and she filled the plot but I don't mind her, but I'm still debating to let her go or not
