Any Nintendo Streetpass zones in Australia

I was watching the Europe mini Direct show on the Nintendo Eshop and the director said that there would be streetpass hotspots in different countries that have complained about lack of streetpass, like Australia and Europe. I've searched and I can't seem to find any Australian hotspots. Anyone know where they might be?
