Any hoarders out there?

I'm terrible when it comes to hoarding in this game as I clean out my cupboards every now & then so that I'll have more room for non-reorderable items (as that's the only things that I keep in my cupboards), but then it gets filled up with things such as balloons & ice-creams via people from Streetpass. ^^;

I used to be even worse when I kept items that could be reordered, but I don't think I'll be like that again.

I have a hoarding problem in most games I play and New Leaf is no exception

I have so many rares and unorderables that I've started storing them in my second town and my cycle town.

I have the opposite problem. I can't stand clutter, so I often end up selling things I don't want/need/have space for. Sometimes that's a bad thing...

We're alike in that regard. I'll try to keep some things but, like me IRL, I really hate cupboards full of crap I don't use!

I have a terrible hoarding issue. I bought a second game partly so I could use up some of my hoarded items. But what actually happend was it gave me twice the opportunity to hoard. My musuem rooms are full of items I can't part with. Some of the ones I won't use often I wrap, since that takes up less floor space. I also use one musuem room to hoard my towns perfect fruit. Makes it easier when its on special in my town or my second town. Yikes, the more I type the more I laugh at myself. lol

I also have a small area where there's just a bunch of junk on my towns floor.

Unfortunately I'm a hoarder in most games I play. It's always because I think I might need an item later or I could sell it for a tasty profit. I had to do some serious cleaning up of my town because of it, and luckily I managed to get rid of a lot. It's not perfect but it's much better than it was, and I'll work on it even more next time I get back into the game again.

I am guilty of hoarding, aha, I'm so glad I'm not the only one!
Every now and then I try and have clear outs and then end up with loads more stuff again and I'm like "....well, that was a waste of time..." aha! Like, one of my friends reset recently and gave me a load of her stuff that she didn't want for her new town and to thank me for holding what she did want, and loads is unorderable so I just kinda shoved it in my second character's closet for now :')

I tend to be, yes. My old town was awful, but I've gotten much better on my new one.

I have a habit of hoarding a ton of stuff, and then selling all the junk I don't need two months later when I finally realize I'm out of storage space. ; v ;

Yep. My museum rooms are so full right now but I can't bring myself to get rid of any of it.

Unfortunately I like completing catalogues, and this involves non-orderable stuff. Since I can't easily get most non-orderable stuff again, I do tend to...hoard it. Flowers eh they live on their own. I have beautiful town and I put PWPs near them so no one can squash them.

My town is currently a mess because I just throw all my furniture on the ground since I don't have room in my locker anymore.. and my museum is filled with junk too lol. I should take some time to just sell off my re-orderables..

I always hoard stuff I already have. I usually tell my self to clean it out and give it away to someone, but I get really lazy. TT-TT

I, too, have a problem. I ended up creating two side characters with the intention of using them as pattern mules, but uh... both of them have full storage, as does my mayor, and there's STILL stuff all over the ground in my plaza and around my station. I need to go through it all and have a proper sales thread or something because I honestly have way more than I need, for no reason. Some rares I bought just because they were rare, only to realize that welp, I have no use for it. Other things are like, half-done sets, and a bunch of reorderable clothes and stuff. And STARTS! I majorly overestimated how many starts I would need for landscaping, especially now that I know I want to do the whole "less is more" approach in terms of paths and layouts and planning...

I'll hoard almost anything that can't be ordered off the catalog. I've got one alt that has her storage completely filled and her house is just a mess of unorderable items. I really should try to get things organized sometime...
