Thirst was very good, but I couldn't get into the subsequent volume. It bored me lol

Have you tried the Vampyre Academy spin-off, Bloodlines?

and yeah it is called bloodlines and based off of sydney the alchemist and adrien, the former love interest of rose. I actually love it so much, it hasnt lost my interest yet lol

It took so long to read vampire academy ( #1 book was boring ,#2 book ok ,#3 getting there ,#4 could't stop reading ,#5 love it ,#6 book LOVE IT ..Have you watch the movie i wish they could of done better ;-(

shiver/linger/forever maggie stiefvater's the wolves of mercy falls series is werewolves, lament/ballad by maggie stiefvater is faeries. maggie has also started The Raven Boys which is ghosts and the main character is a medium.

Young adult supernatural? Cirque du Freak and Demonata, both by Darren Shan.

Classic supernatural? Chthulu mythos stuff. You could probably find all that stuff online for free.

The "Strange Forces" series by Engle & Barnes (there are four books in the series).

Unfortunately, the paperbacks are out of print...but if you have a Kindle, you can get them. I believe it's YA supernatural fiction, but it's the best supernatural series I've ever read.
Since most of the supernatural stuff I read tends to fall in the "nonfiction" section, that's pretty much all I can recommend, unfortunately. It's not really a genre I've found many good books in (I am a fan of supernatural, but not vampires, which most books seem to focus on).
