Any cycle towns i can pull some weeds in?

Hey everyone,

So I'm trying to get one or more weed badges, but i have the beautiful ordinance and even if i remove the ordinance it'll take a while. So does anyone have a cycle town (or just a normal town with lots of 'em) where i can pull some weeds? I Appreciate it.
