Shika, my all deer town is almost complete. I have one last hold-out: Peaches. Is there some kind of voodoo that she do that refuses to let her move out? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance. (I can't use smiley gyroids anymore. I keep getting warnings from Bell Tree Resetti. Sad gyroid face).)
Any advice on getting final starter villager to move out?

From what I know, there really isn't a method. You just have to wait it out and hope the RNG is nice to you. Just make sure you're good friends with her or else she will refuse to leave if you let her.

corner her somewhere in your town. then use your shovel to make holes around her so she can't get out. this is really cruel but its one of the only ways. then take your net and repeatedly smash her with it. this makes them angry with you and they will be more likely to move out. you could also put a pit seed in front of their house door and bury it. basically making them angry will cause them to move out more quickly. it is cruel but it must be done
actually, in my experience and from many guides i've read, being mean to villagers doesn't make them move faster. in my opinion i find it's actually pretty random, but if i were you i'd talk to her normally as you would your other villagers. i've had the best luck that way
