First off, sorry if this has been answered. I've looked around and not found the exact answer I need yet though. So I've just unlocked island tours, and villagers are appearing on each island. I have not built any of the starter houses that Tom asks you to. If i ask 3 random villagers to live on my island before even starting the quest to build the first homes on my island, are the first 3 villagers that I ask to move in, guaranteed to buy those starter homes once I build them? I don't want to end up with a villager I dislike if I have the option but if it happens it happens.

For the first three you may invite before building the plots and you may do all this in one day. For the rest, there must be a plot first and you can only invite one a day.
