Ok, so I tted all the way to June so I could get all my dreamies. Now I want to go back to the normal date and stop time traveling. Does this effect your villagers moving out in any way?

No, it doesn't if you're TT-ing backwards since no matter how much you TT backwards, it'll always count as 1 day.
